It was a day of sorrow and pain for Owerri residents, especially those plying Egbu – Owerri Road in the capital city.
Valentine’s Day revellers at ShopRite on Sunday, caused unending gridlock, forcing commuters to disembark from their vehicles and trek long distances to their destinations.
