N30m paid to Lagosians as  Eko Token set to reward Nigerians in Realty Invest CashToken

The Vice President (Expansion) of CashToken Africa, Adeoye Simi, on Tuesday, said the organisation, in partnership with Lagos State Government, has given out over N30million to Lagosians in the Eko Token Business Development and Expansion.

Following the launch of the Universal TV Patronage Cash Reward system, tagged ‘Eko Token’, last year, the Lagos State Government says the programme has impacted the lives of over thirty million Lagosians.

The Commissioner for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Cecilia Dada, had said it was a healthy innovation to complement other initiatives and measures that have been put in place by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s administration which will foster a robust and sustainable tripod relationship involving Businesses, Government and the people.

The Eko Token initiative is a partnership to own landed properties with the long term objective with a view to ensure that an average of ten percent of consumer expenditure is offered back as rewards to Lagosians in a system that is profitable.

Speaking yesterday at the formal presentation of another initiative that aims at rewarding customers’ loyalty to businesses by subscribing to the programme, through a weekly raffle draw, with winners taking home between five thousand and one hundred million naira with a Raffle ticket to either pay rent, own land, or own a property through the Lagos State ministry of wealth Creation.

Speaking, a representative of CashToken Africa in collaboration with Realty Invest, Simi Adeoye said it is also a means of creating jobs for the teeming youths with its kiosks system.

“This product further increases the chances of low Eko TokenRewards. Cooperatives and other commercial or social entities as well as individuals in Lagos to take on this opportunity and dial the code *6700*222# to participate in the Realty Invest, adding that Lagos State Government, Ministry of Wealth Creation, Lagos state Lotteries Board and Realty Invest andEko Token-CashToken Africa have championed this initiative too and has a unique focus of enabling organized professionals”, Adeoye said.

The Eko Token was launched last year by the Lagos State Ministry of Wealth Creation in partnership with CashToken Africa to impart the lives of Lagosians especially in the area of housing by rewarding Lagosians for using it’s services.

Adeoye spoke at the launching of Realty Invest Cash Token in partnership with CashToken Africa.

“To date, we have paid N 30million in EkoToken programme and we have huge testimonial from the beneficiaries. We want to thank the Lagos State Commissioner for Wealth Creation  We have been able to empower people across the six senatorial districts of the state. It’s about empowering the youth,” she said.

She further said the new partnership with Realty Invest would afford Lagosians and Nigerians across the country the opportunity to win cash prices from N5,000 to N100million , house, house rent and land by purchasing a raffle ticket for as little as N500 and dialing a code *6700*222#.

She said Nigerians will be rewarded on every purchase of goods they make, adding income to no-income earners can actualize their dreams of home and land ownership.

The Managing Director, Realty Invest Network, Nicholas Orakwe, said the Initiative was to bridge the deficit in the housing market.

“We realised it is not easy for Nigerians to safe money to build house. So the token will cater for the wider market in the housing sector, and it’s available to all Nigerians in any part of the country,” he said.
