JUST IN: INEC fixes Nov. 2 for Kogi, Bayelsa guber polls

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has fixed November 2 for the governorship elections in Kogi and Bayelsa states.

Chairman of INEC’s information and voters education committee, Festus Okoye, announced this on Tuesday.
