The District Head of Bogghon in Kanam Local Government Area of Plateau State, Alh. Shehu Sulaiman was, on Monday kidnapped by gunmen.
Asma’u Usma, wife of another monarch, the district head of Bashar, Ali Adamu Idris, and driver, Auwalu Kakirani, had earlier been abducted , last Thursday, by some gunmen.

According to Bashar, after taking the victims, the kidnappers shot sporadically in the air to scare people away and pave way for their escape.
In a statement by Shehu Kanam, Senior Legislative aide to senator representing Plateau Central in the National Assembly, Hezekiah Dimka, deplored the development.
Meanwhile, the police was yet to speak on the ugly incident as at the time of filing this report.
