More goodwill messages have continued to pour in for the infected Chief of Staff (CoS) to President Muhammadu Buhari, Mr. Abba Kyari, who was said to have tested positive to the dreaded Coronavirus.
The latest to join the bandwagon of well-wishers were two of Mr. Kyari’s harshest critics, a former senator, Dino Melaye and a former Minister of Aviation, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode.
Mr. Kyari reportedly tested positive after he submitted himself for testing by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).
Reacting to the development, Fani-Kayode wished Mr. Kyari, whom he described as his ‘old friend’, a quick recovery.

On his Twitter page, Fani-Kayode wrote, “I just confirmed that my old friend and brother Abba Kyari, Chief of Staff to President Buhari, has tested positive to Covid-19.
“I sincerely and honestly wish him well and pray for a quick recovery for him just as I do for all other Nigerians that have tested positive,including Atiku Abubakar’s son.”
On his part, Dino Melaye wrote, “My emphathy and prayer goes to Alh. Abba Kyari (Chief of Staff) to Mr. President. Our Good Lord will heal you and heal our land. Sen. Dino MELAYE“, he tweeted.
