Staged on a boat at the popular Thames River, the event featured an epic performance by Stormzy, British rapper, which was live-streamed on the company’s YouTube channel.

Users in these cities with 5G-compatible phones such as EE’s exclusive brands — OnePlus 7, Pro 5G and LG V50 ThinQ 5G — will enjoy faster connection speeds and lower delays during downloads.

The phone network provider had earlier announced its decision to pause sales of Huawei’s 5G models, in the wake of disputes between the US government ad the tech company.

“(There will be a pause)until we get the information and confidence and the long-term security that our customers – when they buy those devices – are going to be supported for the lifetime that they’ve got the device with us,” Marc Aller, chief executive officer of EE said.
