Panic grips Sokoto as bandits write four communities, threaten attacks

There is palpable apprehension in Sokoto State, following a letter allegedly written by suspected bandits, notifying four communities of impending attacks.

Residents of the affected communities of Shuni, Kwanar Kimba, Rikina, and Dange, all in Dange/Shuni Local Government Area of the state are now living in fear, following the discovery of the letter written in Hausa language.

In the letter that is currently circulating on social media in the state, the bandits reportedly boasted that not even a million soldiers could stop them from carrying out their threat any moment from now.
