JUST IN: S/Court sacks Ihedioha, declares APC’s Uzodinma winner of election

The Supreme Court on Tuesday declared Senator Hope Uzodinma of the APC as governor of Imo State. The seven-member panel of justices held that Emeka Ihedioha was not duly elected as Governor.
