Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State and his wife, Edith, are beginning a 14-day self isolation from Friday, June 26, as a result of the testing positive for Coronavirus one of the daughters.

In a tweet by Governor Okowa from his verified twitter handle, on Friday, he wrote, “Earlier today, Edith and I received the news that one of our daughters has tested positive for #COVID19.
“Hence, in-line with the laid out procedures, we are both going into isolation for the next 14-days.”
