Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State has extended olive branch to his political opponents especially those who contested for governorship election with him to join his administration to develop the state.
Uzodinma said this in Owerri yesterday in reaction to his victory at the Supreme Court judgement at government house Owerri.
He described his victory at the Supreme Court judgment setting aside the appeal by former Governor Emeka Ihedioha as the manifestation of the expectations of the mandate of the people.

He said that he has come with open mind to serve the people of the state and believed that God would see him through in his administration to develop the state.
On Imo as the only APC state in the South East, Uzodinma said that he would embark on political evangelism to convert other people of the zone into APC.
He also assured the people of the state his resolve to undergo on policies and programs that would not only impress the people of the state but would transform the state.
He said: “Imo state is the only state that has APC as Governor, and I will embark on political evangelism to convert the people of other states into APC” .
Governor Uzodinma acknowledged the fact that he believe in the rule of law and would do every thing to protect and abide by the rule of law.
