Acting Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Dauda Ali Biu, has some words for motorists travelling through Ondo State from Abuja and those traveling from the western part of the country.
In a terse statement, the FRSC boss urged affected travelers in the parts of the country mentioned to the North to go through Akure-Ondo-Ife-Ibadan-Lagos route or Lagos-Ibadan-Ife-Ondo-Ore-Benin road.

The statement issued by Assistant Corps Marshal Bisi Kazeem, the Corps Public Education Officer of the FRSC said that “This advisory had become necessary because Igbara-Oke- Ilara-mokin route is totally blocked at the moment.
“However, in the interim, Operatives as well as logistics have been adequately deployed to ensure speedy removal of the obstructions on that route for ease of movement.”
