Abducted wives of Taraba Perm Sec regain freedom

Two wives of Permanent Secretary in the office of Taraba State’s deputy governor, Alhaji Babaji Dadin Kowa, who were abducted three days ago, have regained their freedom.

It was gathered that the abducted house wives were released, on Friday morning after payment of ransom by their husband.

It was not know how much was paid by the permanent secretary to the abductors who earlier demanded N100million.

The release of the two house wives followed series of negotiation between husband of the two women and the abductors.

The two wives were said to be taken to hospital for treatment and check up as they were made to trek several kilometers and also forced to climb mountains by the abductors.

The state’s Commissioner of Police, Alhaji Alkasim Sanusi, confirmed the release of the two house wives.
