Zack Orji, ailing Nollywood star’s health improves as First Lady, Shettima’s wife, others visit

However, the First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, who was at the National Hospital, Abuja to celebrate the first baby of the year alongside the wife of the Vice President, Nana Shettima, visited  Orji at the hospital.

The duo was accompanied by the Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye; the wife of the Minister for Works, Mrs. Rachael Umahi; and the wife of the Minister of State for Defence, Mrs. Bello Matawalle, among others.

It was gathered that the visitors spent about 15 minutes with the ailing actor whose health was said to have improved.

 According to Tayo Hastrup, spokesperson of the National Hospital:
“He (Orji) has started talking. He is in stable condition. His wife is by his side. We really thank God for him.”

Uju Kennedy-Ohanenye, Minister of Women Affairs and Social Development, had reportedly intervened in the actor’s case to ensure that he received the best medical attention at the National Hospital.
