Alleged members of Boko Haram entered Minna, Niger State capital with shootings and chanting Islamic slangs while celebrating their conquest of the city.
Video footage showed the terrorists shooting into the air and chanting ‘Allahu Akbar (God is great) while vehicles moved around in the background.
It is not certain when the video was posted.
