It was a tragic Tuesday morning in in Ugbokodo, Okpe Council Area of Delta State, when an angry mob set two armed robbery suspects ablaze.
The suspects were nabbed and lynched along Ugbokodo Road, close to Holy Ghost Dominion Bible Church in the community.
The gang, which comprised four men, also reportedly raped a pregnant woman before nemesis caught up with them.
However, two of them escaped with some of the stolen items, including phones and money, while two were not so lucky, as they were caught and burnt alive.
Delta State has recorded many such cases in the past few weeks.
