Taoheed Adedoja greets Muslims at Eid-el-Fitr, seeks happy, peaceful celebration

As Muslims all over the world prepare for the end of Ramadan fasting, Eid-el-Fitr, this week, Prof. Taoheed Adedoja, Chairman, Governing Council, Federal College of Education, Obudu, Cross Rivers State, has congratulated the Muslim faithful in Nigeria on the occasion of this year’s festival.

He called on all Nigerians irrespective of their faith to fervently pray for the peace and security of the nation.

Prof Adedoja,  a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Oyo state  and a former Minister of Sports and Special Duties, urged “all Nigerian religious leaders to always preach peace at all religious gatherings and embrace the spirit of love, kindness and tolerance as the holy Qur’an  teaches us.”

He, therefore, wished all Nigerians home and abroad, a very joyful Eid-el-Fitr.
