Nollywood actor and multi-talented entertainer, Mr. Segun Aina Padonou, famously known as Segun Arinze, has been elected the national president of the Association of Voice Over Artistes of Nigeria (AVOAN).
The Badagry, Lagos State-born Arinze, a voice over guru and was equally a onetime national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN).
In a brief chat with, an elated Arinze thanked all those that voted for him and promised to move the association to the next level with the support of all, especially the new executive members elected into office with him.

“I’m grateful and thankful for this huge honour bestowed on me by my colleagues. Together we shall move AVOA to greater heights. Thank you and God bless you”, said the thespian globally known as Black Arrow.
Other members elected with Arinze, include: Abdul Mohammed, vice president, Joy Ogbekene, general secretary, Tessy Brown, finance director, Udeme Udom, publicity director and Michael Nnabuchi, business director.
