The Nigeria Police and other security agencies, operating in Imo State are now enjoying excellent relationship courtesy of the inter security agencies games being packaged by the state commissioner of Police, Rabiu Ladodo.
The Deputy Commissioner of Police (Operations) Imo State Police Command, DCP Ekenechukwu Onwuemelie, who spoke in Owerri said the inter security agencies games apart from making officers fit, is also fostering good relationship among sister security organisations.

He said the coming together of personnel of the different security agencies to interact on the field of play has given room for better understanding a situation that would help in the task of securing the state.
Onwuemelie commended his boss, Ladodo for sustaining the mid week games which was started by the state’s former Commissioner of Police Dasuki Galadanchi.
“The coming together of all the security agencies to do sports is yielding good dividends. Our personnel are bonding and getting to understand themselves better. This is a healthy relationship that would enhance our job of making Imo state safe. We need this kind of robust relationship and synergy to do our job better,” Onwuemelie said.
