The lawmaker representing Ado/Ogbadibo/Okpokwu Federal Constituency, Dr. Francis Ottah Agbo, has sent warm greetings to political activist, gadfly, frontline journalist, polemicist, essayist, columnist and publisher of Ovation Magazine, Bashorun Dele Momodu, as he clocks 61.
Dr. Ottah Agbo in a statement by his Media Adviser, Mr. Andrew Agbese, said Bashorun Momodu who is popularly known as Bob Dee is a consummate democrat and rights activist with incurable patriotic zeal and passion for development and global peace!
The lawmaker, popularly known as the Ozigizaga and Moving Train of Enone, commended the author, writer and journalist for his informed interventions and commentary on national issues, saying they have helped in deepening democracy in Nigeria.
Dr. Ottah Agbo said he was impressed when Momodu ventured into politics and contested for president, saying it showed that the publisher had always been ready to put to action his ideals for good governance in Nigeria.
The parliamentarian said as an entrepreneur, socialite and community leader, Bashorun Momodu, had added zest to social life and become an inspiration to the youths in the country through sheer enterprise.
He prayed God to continue to keep the publisher in good health and sound mind saying the country needs people like Bashorun Momodu who are ready to go beyond criticism, to offering their service for the greater good of Nigeria.
