PHOTOS: French Govt, FAME Foundation sign agreement to develop sports in girls

The FAME Foundation has signed a financial agreement/partnership with AFD – Agence Française de Développement a French Government public utility office.

In the agreement, the French Government, through AFD, pledged a commitment of €20,000 for one year, to the PLAY it DREAM it Initiative of the organisation.

200 girls in Internally Displaced Camps across the Federal Capital Territory will benefit/participate in the project focused in using sports (football, skipping and aerobics), for girls development and empowerment.

Founder of FAME Foundation, Ms Aderonke Bello says, “We look forward to the year long project and happy for this great partnership with the French Government/AFD which is set to help actualise our dream for the girl-child in Nigeria, through sports.”
