Leader of The Osun Progressives (TOP), a faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, Hon. AbdurRazaq Salinsile has reserved his comments on the on going governorship election in the state.
When contacted on the phone, the Iwo born former member of the House of Representatives said, it was not yet time for comments, asserting that,”when we get to the bridge, we shall cross it.”
According to him, the time for comments would soon come when everybody would voice out his/her views without hinderance or fear of running foul of the law.
Recall Salinsile emerged the State Chairman of the Factional part of the party at a parallel State Congress earlier.
In an exclusive interview at his Oranmiyan office in Osogbo, the state capital, the soft-spoken politician insisted, “I am the authentic chairman of the party in the state and not a Factional one,” asserting that, at the fullness of time, the whole public would know the real owner of the party.
Corroborating Salinsile is the secretary of the TOP, Hon Adelani Baderinwa, an Ikirun Prince, who started that, “truly, members of the TOP are the authentic owners of the Osun State chapter of the APC.’
