OPINION: Primate Ayodele is a true prophet, Adesina should concentrate on laundering Buhari’s battered image

By Anu Okoli

I read with utmost dismay and a huge disappointment a piece entitled : “Primate Ayodele: Some Prophets see nothing”, in which the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to President Mohammed Buhari, Femi Adesina, took the respected spiritual founder and leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, to the cleaners, quoting certain passages in the Holy books to substantiate his abominable act of running down a man of God.

Incidentally, Adesina himself is a Deacon in his church,, and as such we expect that he would understand that a man of God running down another colleague in the same faith is not good enough as it amounts to judging that man of God and this self-righteous man called Deacon Adesina knows that the Bible forbids such abominable act!.

Yes, it was in Matthew 7: 1-2 that the Holy Bible admonishes that : Do not judge, so that you will not be judged, since you will be judged in the same judgment that you make, and you will be measured by the same standard you apply.”

Perhaps Adesina has forgotten this and in order to defend the divisive actions of his principal’s government, he went all out to disregard the Biblical injunction against jugding his fellow brother in the same faith. He rather  went on a romantic voyage of bringing the reputation of Primate Ayodele to disrepute.

Unfortunately, unknown to Adesina, the government he is trying to defend has become pitiably unpopular among Nigerians, as they, on daily basis, pray that Buhari should just leave the seat of power and give the nation her well deserved peace.

Indeed, Nigerians have never suffered this much under Adesina’s principal and the regret and pain are written all over their faces everywhere you go. It is the likes of Primate Ayodele and other well meaning and humane Nigerians who have been wiping the tears off the faces of teeming masses who have fallen victims to the austerity that Buhari’s government is imposing on Nigeria.

But that is less of our concern in this piece as to putting in clear perspectives the issues surrounding prophecies for which Adesna has made a fruitless effort to rubbish a great Man of God as Primate Ayodele.

In his bid to tactically launder the image of his principal’s regime, Adesina penned the following ‘biles’ against Primate Ayodele:

“Also last Sunday, a newspaper published on the front page a so-called prophecy that Nigeria would disintegrate, and there’s nothing anybody could do about it. The foretelling was credited to Primate Elijah Ayodele of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, in Lagos.

“The Prophet gave the date and time of Nigeria’s unraveling as between 2035 and 2040. A person who wants to give you a fib would say his witness is in Heaven. How many people living now would still be alive in 2035 or 2040? Are we even sure of tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year, except by the mercies of God?”

My reaction to the above goof is simply that Primate Ayodele has, like Jonah, who incidentally, Adesina used as an example in his piece, boldly conveyed the mind of God to Nigerians and the rest is left for Nigerians to either pray against such break up prophecy as the biblical people of Nineveh had done, or wait for it to happen.

PRIMATE AYODELE
Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele

Unfortunately for Adesina and his likes in Buhari’s government , Nigerians, especially from the South and the East have been praying earnestly and even working towards the break up of this nation and there are quite many evidences to substantiate this claim.

In fact, the reality of Nigerian today is that we are informally disintegrated along tribal, religious and other lines, thanks more to President Buhari’s divisive actions in running the affairs of the country.

It is no news that Nigerians from several quarters have raised the alarm that President Buhari is neck deep into nepotism, favouritism, undue disregard for principles of Federal Character Commission and others. This divisive act has, more than ever before, divided Nigeria and fanned the embers of the clamour for the disintegration of Nigeria.

One wonders why Adesina has to attack a simple Prophet who as usual, was merely conveying the mind of the Almighty to Nigerians. Besides, Primate Ayodele has always advised Nigerians while dishing out his prophecies that should the people pray against negative things he predicts, God is merciful enough to avert such tragedies.

Primate Ayodele has always insisted that his predictions are merely warnings for the nation’s to take heed, repent of their wrong doings like the Biblical people of Nineveh did and seek God’s face to avert such doom. This is the more reason why the seer’s yearly compendium of predictions has been titled: “Warnings to the Nations”. They are merely warnings from the throne of Grace of the Almighty father, being timely and pointedly conveyed to His people through the seer and not negative predictions to scare anyone.

Adesina was really unfair to Primate Ayodele by claiming that the seer is always predicting negative things. This is not true. Primate Ayodele has predicted many positive things about Nigeria and the world. It is just that the media usually play up those negative aspects while reporting the seer’s predictions.

I urge curious Nigerians to take time to visit Primate Ayodele’s church in Oke-Afa, Lagos and listen to many testimonies of positive predictions he has made about many lives which have changed their life and given them golden testimonies. This is not to talk of putting great smiles on the faces of thousands of orphans, widows and Nigerian masses, crushed down by inept leadership by the likes of Adesina’s principal. These victims of bad leaders daily benefit from the seer’s benevolence.

I can also cite quite a number of these positive predictions and the recent ones include Governor Rotimi Akeredolu of Ondo State winning a second term in office, and Governor Godwin Obaseki also winning a second term, among others.

Again, in his desperation to further drag Primate Ayodele’s name in the mud, Adesina cited some predictions he claimed were made by the seer but which didn’t come to pass. He said: “Let’s look at all these facts: in the build up to 2015 presidential elections, Primate Ayodele said Goodluck Jonathan would win. The man lost. He said the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) would take Kaduna by a narrow margin. Nasir el-Rufai of the All Progressives Congress (APC) won. Again, he said Yobe, Gombe, Benue, Delta, and Akwa Ibom States would be won by PDP. The APC won three of those States. Who hit the crossbar? You know the answer.

“PDP will shock APC in Lagos. It didn’t happen. Boko Haram would bomb South West. Mercifully, it didn’t happen. APC would break, Buhari won’t do second term. You know the truth. And in 2017, when the President was on medical vacation abroad for many months, he said the seat was vacant, and the man would never return. You now know who didn’t speak the truth, who didn’t hear from God”

My reaction to the above negative statements against Primate Ayodele is that such predictions could have been averted by prayer if we assume they didn’t happen just as Jonah’s prophecy against the Biblical people of Nineveh was averted because they prayed and repented. But let us ask Adesina this question, “did he forget those predictions Primate Ayodele made and which came to pass? And there are indeed so many of them as we urge readers to search in many past publications about the seer. We will just recall the most recent ones here.

As a matter of fact, Primate Ayodele never said Goodluck Jonathan would win election in 2015, I wonder where Femi Adesina was when Vanguard Newspapers published a detailed story on how what Primate Ayodele said about Goodluck Jonathan’s fate in his second term bid. The man of God started talking about it since 2013 that Goodluck Jonathan’s victory is dicey and that He will not win. (https://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/04/my-warnings-to-the-nation-have-come-to-pass-primate-ayodele/)

On PDP Shocking Lagos in 2015, it seems Femi Adesina was too busy with campaigning to secure an appointment when PDP nearly took Lagos from APC if not for the intervention of some leaders of the party in a crooked way. PDP won seats in the house of assembly which was unusual and till date, every political analyst still maintain that PDP was robbed off that election, was that not shocking enough that PDP shook APC’s stronghold?

On the Kaduna Election that Nasir el-Rufai won, Primate Ayodele never said PDP would win, He categorically said it will be difficult for PDP to retain the state, and for the other states Femi Adesina mentioned, it would be best for him to make his findings and provide video proof of Primate Ayodele making these statements because as far as I know, the man of God never said this and as a journalist that Femi Adesina is, wouldn’t it have been proper for him to call Primate Ayodele then to confirm if he said all of these?

The official statement from the man of God media office is stating a different thing with the record on prestigious media publications. Funny enough, Femi Adesina used to have a personal relationship with Primate Ayodele, he was even at his church to preach at a time, how come he never resorted to hearing directly from the man of God on these prophecies, or is this one of his pull him down syndrome tactic against Primate Elijah Ayodele as ordered by his paymasters?

On Buhari’s seat becoming vacant, Primate Ayodele never meant death for President Buhari, infact Primate Ayodele ordered Nigeria to pray for President Buhari’s health when he was away. This was even published on a popular website (https://thewhistler.ng/i-see-nigerian-flag-flown-half-mast-cabal-dethroning-osinbajo-primate-ayodele/)

so we wonder where Femi Adesina got his version from.

Talking about the All progressive congress breaking, if truly Femi Adesina is informed, even the blind man knows APC has broken into pieces, it has not just being admitted publicly. We see the national leader of the party kicking against policies made by the acting national chairman, we saw how this played out during the party’s registration, another crisis is also rocking the party’s national congress which has been shifted twice, how then can we describe this as togetherness?

On Boko Haram bombing South west, that prophecy was just made this year as a warning to awaken the security system of the south west in general, if a man of God has made some revelations or warnings, the fact that it is yet to come to pass doesn’t mean it won’t and why should Femi Adesina expect bombings in South west.

Who should go and start praying to God to avert if it not him? It’s unfortunate that everything Femi Adesina mentioned on this post of his are nothing but false. It’s sad that one of the longest serving journalists in Nigeria has given himself out to hearsays and unconfirmed reports to attack a man of God who does nothing but reveal God’s mind and warnings to nations beyond Nigeria and Africa.

The main reason for his post was to talk about the recent prophecy of Primate Ayodele that talked about Nigeria breaking before 2040. Femi Adesina beastly described the prophecy as one that wasn’t heard from God and assured that Nigeria will survive beyond 2040, the question is, How can a man who doesn’t see beyond his nose, a mere man who operates in the physical realm be sure of what will happen in the next minute not to talk of many years to come? A prophet sees things long before they happen, Femi Adesina should not read prophecy like novels or articles. These are very important warnings and instead of praying to God, he is out there attacking Primate Ayodele for speaking God’s mind, may God forgive him.

He also frowned at Primate Ayodele’s negative prophecies, explaining that prophecies are supposed to edify the soul. Maybe we should ask him if he didn’t hear about Prophet Jeremiah’s prophecy to Judah in the bible or Prophet Elijah’s many prophecies that were not palatable. A prophet says what he sees, not for anyone’s edification but for the name of God to be glorified.

Of course, I know for sure that Femi Adesina would never have soiled his reputable journalism career for this cheap campaign of calumny against Primate Ayodele whose tentacles have spread far and wide by God’s grace, he has only sacrificed himself as a tool to shut down every one speaking truth to the power but unfortunately, even if the whole media team, joined by all appointees of the Presidency come together as a force against Primate Ayodele, they will flee in seven ways because no one dares touch God’s project ‘’Touch Not My Anointed And Do My Prophets No Harm’’.

For the record, Primate Elijah Ayodele is the only prophet in Africa to consistently produce an annual book of prophecy titled Warnings To The Nation since 1994. The 27th edition was launched on Saturday, 10th Of July, 2021.

He is also the only prophet to have over 10,000 fulfilled prophecies with a compendium published for record purposes. Primate Ayodele isn’t someone that will be easily pulled down by this unprofessional article by Femi Adesina, it can’t even touch the hair on his body but there’s really a need to call Femi Adesina to order before he loses track.

Let’s even talk about the recent fulfilled prophecies of this man of God. Primate Ayodele had warned that He foresees assassination of an African leader, this came to pass in Haiti recently, in the newly released Annual book of prophecy which was compiled from March to June, Primate Ayodele noted that there will be destruction of lives and properties in South Africa if Zuma’s case isn’t handled well, we all know what’s happening now, the sudden change in leadership of GTBank was mentioned in this book, in the areas of sports too, Primate Ayodele accurately prophesied the outcome of Euro 2020 and COPA America  semi finals and final matches during live services on his facebook page, this was not recorded, it was a live broadcast before the match were played, they came to pass exactly how he said it (See his facebook page here https://web.facebook.com/inrievangelical) , these are just 0.01% of Primate Ayodele’s prophecies.

Primate Ayodele predicted the results of the match between Argentina and Brazil. He also predicted the results of the match between Italy and England.  There are evidences of these accurate  predictions by Ayodele in several online publications. But Adesina failed to cite these all because he is desperate to malign a true Man of God.

On October 39, 2015, a reporter , Bashir Adefaka , in Vanguard publication on that day, said of Primate Ayodele’s prophecies: ”

“Nigeria knew, knows and is still knowing about prophets in the Lord’s Vineyard. The prophethood exhibited by the founder and head of Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church, Lagos, Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, according to investigations, appears to be one on the side of development that must be taken serious.

“This is a prophet who told this reporter before jetting out to Enugu enroute Achalla on Monday October 12, 2015, among many other prophecies that a young man would emerge as Ooni of Ife and that his emergence would not only come to pass but that it will bring prosperity to Yoruba race.”

On January 4, 2015 in the Daily Post,  Primate Ayodele warned about more abduction by Boko Haram and it happened. He said: “I see flames from bombings in several parts of the country… and more abduction of school pupils. Efforts should be intensified by security operatives to forestall that. Boko Haram will come up with different strategies to attack the nation.”

It is on records that Primate Ayodele predicted that former President Jonathan will not win 2015 election and he had also warned that prayer must be offered to avert the death of former ministers from the South-West and South-South and to douse serious political tension in Kwara, Jos, Ekiti, Plateau, Kano, Kaduna, Imo, Delta, Akwa Ibom, Ebonyi, Yobe and Taraba States. PDP has messed up in Kwara, the victory will go to APC). He only said there will be political tension in these state, he never said PDP will win there. I think the man is too blinded to understand the prophecy.

The reality is that Primate Ayodele has made many predictions that have come to pass and the facts are there for keen observers to search for on the Google via the internet. Adesina is advised to leave the Man of God who has been a source of great joy and relief to many helpless Nigerians alone and face the difficult and appropriate task of laundering the unpopular image of his principal’s government.

Nigerians are tired of deliberate digressions to divert our attention from the many failures of the Buhari government which has caused utmost disillusionment for many of us. We are tired of high cost of living, skyrocketing costs of foodstuffs owing to bad economic policies of Buhari and we are equally tired of the palpable insecurity in the land and the huge borrowing that may plunder us into a failed nation anytime soon.

Adesina should instead, speak the truth to Buhari and stop being part of the many sychopants that people the Buhari regime. Let this President’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity do Nigerians a lot of good by telling his Principal that his government has failed Nigerians woefully by subjecting us to more suffering and squalor.

The nation is groaning under this pathetically incompetent leader called Buhari. We are less concerned about his war with his political opposition and critics of his government, all we want now is good leadership that would make living in Nigeria comfortable for us

Finally, I would love to advise him to remember that South west remains his home after President Buhari’s tenure ends, He has allowed himself to be used as a weapon against his people for too long, the remaining years of his in power should be to retrace his steps and not cause more damages for himself, if not for his sake but for his family who are also full of shame on his behalf.
