The member representing Okpe constituency at the Delta State House of Assembly, Sheriff Oborevwori, has been re-elected as Speaker House.
Oborevwori was re-elected unopposed after Governor Ifeanyi Okowa’s Letter of Proclamation was read by the Clerk of the House, Lyna Ochulor.
Oborevwori was elected through a unanimous voice vote by the 29 members of the State House of Assembly on Monday.

Oborevwori became Speaker in 2017 after Monday Igbuya representing Sapele was impeached.
The present House also elected Ocho Christopher Ochor, representing Ukwuani constituency as Deputy Speaker against the immediate past Deputy Speaker, Friday Osanebi who represents Ndokwa East constituency.
