Nigerian Footballer, Kelvin Odenigbo, drowns in Belarus lake, dies

A Nigerian footballer, Kelvin Odenigbo, who plies his trade for FC Vitebsk, in Belarus, has been found dead after drowning in a lake.

Announcing his passing, the Belarusian Premier League club in a statement released, said the corpse of the 20-year-old striker was found on Saturday, June 5 by the lake Beloye, a tourist destination in the Vitebsk region.
