Lagos records 51 new cases of COVID-19

The Lagos State Government has announced 51 new cases of COVID-19 thus bringing the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 2057.
Prof. Akin Abayomi, the state Commissioner for Health, disclosed this on his official Twitter page on Thursday.
“COVID19Lagos update as at 13th of May, 2020,” he tweeted.
“51 new #COVID19 Infection confirmed in Lagos.

“Total number of confirmed #COVID19 cases in Lagos is now 2057
“26 fully recovered #COVID19Lagos patients; 13 females & 13 males; all Nigerians were discharged.
“This brings the total number of #COVID19 discharged patients in Lagos to 528.
“Together we can break the chain of #COVID19 transmission if we take responsibility For a greater Lagos.”
