Kano State deputy governor, Nasiru Gawuna, and the state’s commissioner for local governments, Murtala Sule Garo, have been arrested by the men of the Nigeria Police Force.
The men were allegedly arrested for attempting to disrupt the collation of result at Nasarawa Local Government Area of the state.
Chairman of Nasarawa Local Government Area, Alhaji Lamin Sani, was also arrested by the police.
