The Osun State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal, sitting in Abuja, has declared Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s Ademola Adeleke as winner of the 2018 governorship election in the state.
The Tribunal held that the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, now Governor Gboyega Oyetola, were not validly returned.
