An Adamawa State High Court, sitting in Yola, the state capital, has vacated an order preventing the governorship supplementary election from taking place in the state.
The court vacated the order on Tuesday, following the inability of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to conduct the poll in 44 polling units in the state
