JUST IN: Barr. Worgu Boms sworn-in as dep. Nat’l Secretary of APC, replaces Giadom

A former Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice Rivers State,  Hon Barr Worgu Boms, has been sowrn-in as Deputy National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
