June 12: Ex-minister, Adedoja tasks Nigerians on unity, peaceful co-existence

A former Minister of Sports and Special Duties, Prof. Taoheed Adedoja has congratulated Nigerians and Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari for sustaining the tenets of democracy in Nigeria inspite of various challenges.

Adedoja, who is a chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Cogress (APC) in Oyo State therefore calls on all Nigerians to celebrate late chief Mko Abiola as the symbol ofdemocracy.

In addition to that, the frontline scholar said all Nigerians dead or alive, who have struggled for the emergence of Nigeria’s Democracy also deserve honour and recognition.

The former Provost, Federal College of Education, Special, Oyo, Oyo State, has siezed the ocassion to enjoin all Nigerians to remain united, peaceful and cooperative with the Federal Government in all its various programs on good governance.

Concluding, Adedoja gave the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari kudos over it’s efforts at taking the country to the next level of world standard.
