Journalists boycott Fani-Kayode’s Oyo tour

The Oyo State chapter of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) has ordered all chapels to boycott all activities of a former Minister of Aviation, Mr. Femi Fani-Kayode, currently on tour in the state.

The decision was coming on the heels of Mr. Fani-Kayode’s verbal assault on a reporter with the Daily Trust newspaper, Mr. Eyo Charles, in Calabar, Cross River State, last week, which generated uproar from the media sector.

It noted that the Union will not be part of the visit.
