According to him, he ordered the security guards at the gate to  ensure no one leaves the premises.

“So today while conducting an interview, I saw a lady that I had interviewed 5 years ago who stole 500k from my client and stopped coming to work.

“I managed to pay that debt because I was liable for whatever actions my candidates exhibit in their workplace.

“When I saw her from the first floor waiting to be interviewed, I immediately asked the security not to let anyone leave the premises ones(sic) the interview starts,” he said.

He said immediately they locked eyes, the woman broke down in tears and started begging for forgiveness.

“After 5 minutes of serious cry and begging for forgiveness, I raised hep and told her to wipe her tears, ” he said.

The woman was eventually given the job after she made attempts to flee the premises.

“She came back up and my colleague offered her a cup of tea

“We asked her why she wanted to leave, but she didn’t respond.

“Then I stood up and walked towards her and gave her a big hug,

“She held on to me so tight and said she’s sorry in tears,” he said.

The man said the woman will be resuming on November 1.

The man’s action has raked hundreds of comments with many asking why he gave the job, while others thanked him for her a second chance.

“Ignore these people that are telling you or asking you why you gave her a second chance?

“Everyday we ask God for forgiveness and second chance and he always forgive us, but so many people today have unforgiven hearts, but they want God to forgive them. You did well @ Ikechukwu Diamond . Blessed are the merciful, for they shall obtain mercy.”

“Ikechukwu Diamond, why would you give a woman who stole from you, put you in trouble and made you pay debts and tarnished your company ‘s image another chance to work with you? What’s the basis? Is it that you can attest to the fact that she is repentant? Motunrayo Ojomo asked.
