Int’l rights organisation, ACIS-M, condemns terrorists attack in Venezuela

An International Rights Organisation, The Amilcar Cabral Ideological School Movement (ACIS-M), has condemned the latest failed invasion of Venezuela, allegedly by the mercenary forces of the United States (US), imperialism in collaboration with the Colombian authority.

The organisation, in a released signed by its co-Coordinator, Comrade Abiodun Aremu, warned the US to stop the aggression against the Bolivarian Revolution in the Venezuela, calling on the US President, Donald Trump to unblock the country unconditionally now without further delay.

The organisation described the latest aggression which took place on Sunday, May 3 as against the background of the continuing plots and threats of terrorist attacks by the US to destabilise Venezuela and undermine the Bolivarian Revolution in that country.

“We gather that the sponsored group of mercenaries used the Colombia territory by the sea at La Guaira state to unleash the terrorist attacks but were promptly repelled and defeated by the vigilant Bolivarian revolutionary armed forces and that some of the mercenaries were arrested and their weapons confiscated,” the statement disclosed.

The ACIS-M wondered that, at a time, in which the global attention is focused on combating the threat to human existence posed by the Coronavirus pandemic and even the US being the worst hit by the pandemic with over a million affected and above 65,000 reported dead, the Trump’s US imperialist establishment, rather than concerns itself with saving human lives, is still in mad obsession of aggression against sovereign countries like Venezuela!

The aggression, the statement went further, was also extended to even Cuba whose Embassy in US was equally subject of terrorist attacks in New York in the last 72 hours!

The aggrieved organization therefore reaffirmed its solidarity with President Nicholas Maduro and enjoined revolutionary and peace loving forces across the world to condemn and rise against the US policy of hostility and aggression.

The aggression, the ACIS-M suspected, “is aimed at overthrowing the democratically elected and legitimate  government of President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicholas Maduro and destabilising Venezuela with its  continuously failed terrorist agenda,” vowing that, “this shall always fail and the Bolivarian Revolution shall live eternally!”
