Foremost legendary Nigeria Afro Hip-Hop artist and pioneer of Yoruba rap, Segun Osaniyi, better known as Lord of Ajasa, have been diagnosed with Peptic Ulcer and Ruptured Appendicitis and requires fund to undergo a peptic ulcer operation in due time.
Lord of Ajasa is currently receiving treatment at the Ikorodu General Hospital, Igbogbo area of Lagos State.

Sharing the news of his illness, Alariwo of Africa took to social media to plead on behalf of the rapper who require urgent fund to enable be moved to a better and more equipped hospital for best medical attention.
Confirming the story to the The Nigerian Xpress, a call was put through to the rapper who further confirmed the story pleading that well meaning Nigerians should come to his aid to stay alive.
