Bauchi is still reeling in shock, following the cruel fate that befell a bride-to-be, who died suddenly few hours to her wedding.
The unfortunate bride, Fauziya, who was to be married on Saturday, December 29, died on Friday, December 28, 2018.
Fauziya had reportedly attended her wedding Walima on Friday preparatory to the marriage ceremonies proper slated for 11am the next day at Gwallaga Mosque, Bauchi, but died the night before.

She was said to have complained of a mild stomach ache during the Walima and only managed to go through the ceremony but later died.
According to a mournful source, “She died a night before which was the eve of her wedding. May Allah grant Fauziya Al-Jannah.”
Fauziya’s remains were on Saturday interred at the Muslim cemetery after the funeral prayer at the Gwallaga Jummaat Mosque where the wedding fatiha was to be held.
