Hoodlums attack Tinubu’s TVC

The Television Continental (TVC), believed to be owned by APC national leader, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, sudden went off air around 9:40am Wednesday, as a live programme host announced that hoodlums were at the station’s entrance at Ikosi, Lagos.
Irate mob at Oniru, Victoria Island, a few minutes earlier, had also tried to mob a correspondent of the station who was on air live to the station with reports from the protests there.
The correspondent could be overheard shouting in Yoruba, “ajo wa ni o” (We are together), to try to ward off the angry youths.
Oniru is a short distance from Lekki toll gate, where soldiers had shot several unarmed protesters Tuesday night.
