Gunmen have killed the Councilor representing Echara Ward 2 in Okposi community, in Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, Hon. Ogbonnaya Ugwu, popularly known as SPACO, Premium Times reports.
Premium Times gathered that Ugwu was shot dead around 10:00pm, on Saturday, March 11, while returning from his shop, a bar known in Okposi as ANGLE 90.
