Unknown gunmen have kidnapped five siblings, all boys, and one other person in the Gonin Gora area of the Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
Aged between eight and 18 years, the siblings were reportedly abducted from their home on Thursday night.

Father of the siblings, Bamidele Awelewa, said the kidnappers broke into his compound through the fence.
However, Samuel Aruwan, the Kaduna State Commissioner for Internal Security and Home Affairs, has visited the family of the victims alongside the Kaduna State Commissioner of Police, Umar Muri.
The police boss assured the residents that the authorities were doing everything possible to tackle banditry and kidnapping in the area.
