Several anointed men and women of God made it to the venue and to be part of that history. The programme itself was a ‘gathering of eagles’ as the people that matter in the work of the pulpit joined Mama Apata to praise God at the event.

Several people openly received their miracles and many with afflictions were healed while many people with varying supplications testified to the greatness of God.

The event was put together on the directive of God as mentioned by Prophetess Makanjuola herself while welcoming the huge participants to the vigil.

Also in an interview with Seraphnews, Prophetess Makanjuola recalled that God visited her and instructed her to commence an assignment before her especially to His people in Nigeria.

She recalled how the Holy Spirit had directed her to convoke a earth-shaking crusade that would take His people’s afflictions away and bring more sanity, peace, joy and harmony in Nigeria.

Her words, “We are organisaing this crusade in compliance with God’s directive given to me before now. The vigil, which we tagged ‘Night of Peace, is to guide against the instrument that the devil has been using against the followers of Christ.

“Eventually the devil has no hiding place before the children of God again in this land as God Himself has placed this task on me to bring His children together and pray towards Him for peace and harmony in our land,” she said.

Quoting expressly from Philippians 4vs6-7, John 6vs33 and John 14vs27, Prophetess Makanjuola told the mammoth crowd that the time for rejuvenation in the Holy Spirit is now and she urged them to seized the opportunity to be closer to God than they were before.

“It is only when you have peace that you can be happy and serve God with true heart. Even when you read the Bible with peace in your heart, you will be able to digest it as the Bible is the Word of God and a sword of the spirit.

“You need to be in the atmosphere of peace and that is when you can serve God as we all know that we are at the end-time now, and the coming of Christ is nearby.

“So, when I heard the revelation that I should minister peace to the heart of people, I organise this open crusade to gather people to pray for peace and win souls for Jesus. So, the essence of this vigil is such that peace should reign in our life, in our country and in the whole world.”

In his ministration, renowned man of God, Prophet Israel Oladele aka Genesis Global, who was represented by Pastor Michael Kayode Oyedokun used the event to urged Christians not to be non-challant to the message of the second coming of Jesus Christ. He appealed to the worshippers that tomorrow might be too late for them to accept Christ as their personal Lord and Saviour.
