A member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Olajide Jimoh, has distributed several bags of stimulus packages to his constituents in order to assist them during the sit-at-home order by the Federal Government to curtail the spread of Coronavirus pandemic in the country.

Hon. Jimoh, who represents Lagos Mainland Federal Constituency in the lower chamber, and known for his generosity and philanthropy, has distributed first phase of the stimulus package containing food items, noodles, yam tubers, packs of potable water,  bread,  hand sanitiser, wheats, farm produce, garri and rice to his constituents.

This gesture, according to him, was his swift response to cushion the effect of the sit at home extension order.

The lawmaker, whose watchword has always been ‘Service to Humanity’ enlightened the constituents on the importance of staying at home and obeying the precautionary measures as announced by the NCDC.

“Take care of your environments, stay hygienic, wash your hands thoroughly every now and then, and observe social distancing”, Hon. Jimoh said.

Beneficiaries of the stimulus package cut across the federal constituency indiscriminately.
