COVID-19: Nigeria records 35 new cases

Thirty-five new cases of Covid-19 infection have been reported in the country.
According to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), which made the disclosure, 19 of the cases were reported in Lagos, nine in FCT, five in Kano and two in Oyo, thus bringing the total of infected people in Nigeria to 442.

In a tweet, the NCDC said: “As at 10:20 pm 16th April, there are 442 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.

“152 have been discharged with 13 deaths.”
