A Federal High Court, in Abuja, on Thursday, asked Sen. Atai Aidoko representing Kogi East Senatorial District to vacate his seat at the National Assembly for Air Vice Marshal Isaac Alfa (rtd).
The court ruled that Alfa was the winner of the 2015 Kogi East Senatorial seat and ordered his immediate swearing-in as the Kogi East senator by Senate President Bukola Saraki.
