The Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, on Tuesday, disqualified the Bayelsa State deputy governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Biobarakuma Degi, from participating in the forthcoming Saturday, November 16, 2019 governorship poll.
