The House of Representatives, on Thursday, issued a Warrant of Arrest against the acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei.
Also issued with a Warrant of Arrest are the members of the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of the NDDC.
