A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, has struck out the suit filed by an aspirant in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship primaries in Edo State, Omoregie Ogbeide-Ihama against Governor Godwin Obaseki.
