Suspected bandits have assassinated the Katsina State Commissioner for Science and Technology, D.r Rabe Nasir.
Dr. Nasir was shot dead at his home in Fatima Shema Estate in the Katsina metropolis on Thursday evening shortly after the Muslim Asr prayers.
