A Federal High Court, sitting in Abuja, pronounced as terrorists bandits operating in the country in spite of Federal Government’s obvious reluctance to do so.

In a ruling, on Thursday, the Abuja court specifically declared the activities of the ‘Yan Bindiga Group’ and the ‘Yan Ta’adda Group’ and other similar groups in any part of the country, especially in the North West and North Central geo-political zones, as “acts of terrorism and an illegality”.
This came after President Muhammadu Buhari, same day, gave a fresh directive to security agencies to rekindle the anti-terror war and rid the country of terrorists.
