The All Progressives Congress (APC) has hit a very rough patch in Rivers State, as a Federal High Court, sitting in Port Harcourt, has nullified all the primaries conducted by the party in the state.

The ruling follows a court action filed by some aggrieved APC members loyal to Sen. Magnus Abe, now Governorship Candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) challenging the conduct of the primaries, claiming they were excluded from the delegates’ list for primary election in the State.
