Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State has appointed a seasoned planning and development expert, Tpl. Ajibike Faidat Shomade as the General Manager of the Lagos State Urban Renewal Authority (LASURA).
In a series of tweets, on Friday, by the Chief Press Secretary of the governor, Gboyega Akosile from his verified twitter handle, @gboyegaakosile, he said Tpl. Shomade replaces Mr. Lateef Sholebo, who vacated the seat at the end of his tenure.

“Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has approved with immediate effect, the appointment of a seasoned planning and development expert, Tpl. Ajibike Faidat Shomade as the General Manager of the Lagos State Urban Renewal Authority, @lasura01.
“With her wealth of experience in land related and physical planning matters, Ajibike Shomade is expected to give the Authority the deserved impetus to take urban renewal matters to a greater level in the state.
“She replaces the erstwhile General Manager of the Authority, Mr. Lateef Sholebo who vacated the seat at the end of his tenure”.
