Niger gov. lauds Bola Tinubu at 68

As Senator (Dr.) Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu turns 68, Governor Abubakar Sani Bello of Niger State has described him as a true democrat and blessing to the nation.

In a Press statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS) Mrs. Mary Noel Berje, Governor Sani Bello felicitates with the APC stalwart, describing him as a phenomenon in the annals of the nation’s political history.

“Turning 68 is a huge milestone especially to someone who never gets tired of doing great things in great ways; someone who has provided the much-needed guide on each step of the way; someone who in spite of the cumbersome nature of our political terrain has successfully led us in the right direction.

“Sir your honest commitment to democracy will continue to serve as a beacon of hope to all Nigerians”, he stated.

The governor added that since the return of democracy Asiwaju has remained an icon to the party whose purposeful leadership has brought unity to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

He said the two-time governor of Lagos State is a patriot, bridge builder and beacon of hope to Nigeria’s democracy who is gender-sensitive and detribalised.

The governor congratulates him on his birthday and prayed for his good health and long life so that he enjoys from the fruit of his labour
